The homeowners had recently moved to an Alpharetta assisted living facility and my husband and I were tasked with coordinating the sale of their home. We were truly overwhelmed with the many details involved because we live in Ohio! Upon recommendation from another family member who lives in the area, we connected with Amy Lynn. The home was given a very accurate (and quite generous) price; the first couple to view the home made an offer; and the buyers paid full price - cash - and closed in 30 days! It just doesn't get any better than that! Plus, Amy handled many of the details while on vacation in Italy, with the help of her associate Debbie Kanar. In addition, Amy connected us with a charitable organization in the greater Atlanta area who sent a crew to remove all the items that we were unable to remove/sell ourselves. She also provided assistance in patching the nail holes (from the removal of artwork) and a cleaning service that prepared the home for its final inspection, prior to closing.
